Passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

Completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

Passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

Hold Mold and Allergen Qualification Certificates from Pro-Labs and ESA.

Hold Certificate for testing Well Water.

Fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year to keep up to date on the latest building components and the newest techniques.

Have been involved in the building industry since 1985 and have a thorough understanding of traditional framed homes, paneled systems, modular, and log homes.  

Have lived in the West Michigan area all my life so I know how the seasonal climate changes affect the structure of the home in the many different counties of West Michigan.

You will be supplied an easy to read comprehensive report generated online including digital pictures further describing any deficiencies so you will know what to expect in both the interior and exterior maintenance before you buy or sell, to avoid any unpleasant surprises. You'll be given your own personal password so that you can access your secure, personal report online at any time. You will be able to view your report, download your report, or print out your report as often as you would like.

Use the best available electronic testing equipment such as Suretest  Electrical Tester, Bacharack Leakator 10 combustible gas analyzer, UEI carbon monoxide analyzer, and Tramex moisture meter for a more thorough inspection.
